How RERATED works

A Trader Share is a market on future reputation and influence. It is not equity, not a claim on their portfolio, and holding it never improves their RERANK, verified performance, or Proof of Influence.

Protocol revenue — 2.00%

Treasury. Nothing reduces it: no holding and no lock buys a discount on this fee.

Global $RERATED fee lockers — 1.75%

Divided pro rata between the Global Fee Locks that were already eligible when the fee was charged. A lock opened afterwards earns nothing from it.

Profile trader — 1.00%

The person the market is about. Held in escrow until they claim the profile, and never reassigned to anybody else while it waits.

Active Genesis Scout — 0.25%

Only while a Scout entitlement is live. On expiry the bucket goes to the global lockers.

Total 5.00% on every buy and every sell, fixed as a constant in the contract, and the four buckets above are the contract’s own allocation rather than a proposal. No holding and no lock produces a discount on it. If no Genesis Scout entitlement is live, that 25 bps goes to the global lockers; if no eligible global fee lock exists at the moment a fee is charged, the whole locker allocation goes to the protocol instead. The fee never shrinks, and a lock opened later cannot reach back for it.
